A Prenuptial Agreement (also known as a Marriage Contract) is a legal document made between two people before marriage. It sets out each party’s rights and obligations during the marriage and in the event of separation, divorce, or death.
婚前财产协议（又称婚姻合同）是双方在结婚前签署的具有法律效力的文件，明确双方在婚姻关系存续期间，以及在分居、离婚或一方去世时的权利与义务。
